Guy Morgan

Started in the industry in 1989, completing “A” grade electrical
trade, 2002 completed General Electric generator specialist program in New York USA, completed many field major Mechanical and Rewinds both turbo and hydroelectric. Progressed to Project Management for GE completing many
Turnkey power plant installs globally. 2009 started NRG Australia completing many successful power generator projects growing the company from 2 people to over 50 employees.

Paul Bennett

Started in the industry 1983, completing First Class Machining and Fitting trade, specialised in Hazardous area machine inspection & repair. Managed the Bunbury workshop from its origins of TGE then fully integrated to GE. During this time also acted as Project Manager on Hydro Electric projects within New Zealand. 2014 embarked on part ownership with the buy out of the GE Bunbury workshop continuing is Director Manger of the Bunbury workshop/southwest site services.

Jason Hicks

Started in the in the industry 1993, completing “A” grade electrical trade, 2008 completed General Electric generator specialist program in New York USA, completed many field major Mechanical and Rewinds both turbo and hydroelectric. Progressed to Outage Management on GE frame/Hydroelectric projects and power plant installs. 2017 joined NRG as Operations Manager /Director, leading many successful power generation projects both planned and forced outage on Turbines and Turbo, Wind and Hydro Electric Generators.

Lee Hatton

Started in the field of rotating electrical machinery in 2003, completing an “A Grade” Electrical trade in 2006 with TGE (joint venture of General Electric and Transfield Services). Began contracting through own Pty Ltd company in 2008 assisting with, and then moving onto leading numerous successful large scale high voltage rotating machinery projects worldwide. In 2022 Joining the NRG Global Power team as Operations Manager, continuing to lead many successful power generation projects while growing the NRG business.
